FC Barcelona will be going head-to-head against Valencia at Mestalla today at 8:45 NST, with hopes to maintain their position at the top of the table. Mestalla has historically been a very difficult arena for Barca, and we’ll see how Quique Setien’s side deals with Valencia and their supporters tonight.

FC Barcelona come into this fixture after a 2-1 Copa Del Rey win over Segunda B division side Ibiza. Antoine Griezmann delivered a vivid performance to maintain Setien’s 100% record. Barcelona secured the win coming back from a 1-0 deficit.

Albert Celades’ Valencia side come to this clash looking to rejuvenate from their 4-1 loss at the hands of Mallorca. Although Valencia managed to tip-off UD Logrones to advance to last 16 of the Cop Del Rey, this fixture will be the perfect proving ground for Los Ches.
